Sektor's Teleport move seems so much slower when I'm using it than when the AI uses it against me... It was still my most effective tool when beating the ladder. Hitting with it practically guarantees getting to land a hit with an upper cut as well. Shao Kahn fell to it almost as effectively as to Smoke's Teleport.
Sektor's move arsenal seems pitifully small from afar, bu after playing with him I've concluded he really has everything he needs. It was surprisingly fun to play with him, despite the low number of cool moves.
