Kano's Roll input seems nuts at first, but it's actually pretty reasonable once you get to try it out. With Kano, I mostly rolled and threw my opponents around. Nothing special. I got a flawless victory against Goro by throwing the knife and rolling. I think he's X-ray move is a throw like Jax's, making it hit blocking opponents and making it useless against Shao Kahn. Kahn fell to Roll, mostly, it deals quite a bit of damage to him and does not take too many hits.
